Obrivo Returns & Exchange Policy

At obrivo, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every Can Opener and Bottle Opener you purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we've made the returns and exchange process simple.


 

1. Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day window for returns, beginning on the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, clean, and functioning).

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.

  • Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number).

     

 

2. How to Initiate a Return for a Refund

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@obrivo.com with the subject line: "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • The specific item(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for the return.

  3. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the necessary mailing instructions.

    • Crucially: Please do not mail your return before receiving your RMA number, as this will prevent us from processing your refund.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure we receive your item.

3. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

We only replace items that are confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to exchange your item, please follow these steps immediately upon inspection:

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to contact@obrivo.com with the subject line: "Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Attach Evidence: Include your order number, a description of the defect/damage, and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

  3. Replacement Process: If your claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs and send a replacement of the exact same item to you. We may, in some cases, provide a full refund instead of an exchange.


 

4. Processing Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email notification of its arrival.

  2. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  3. If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
